This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 Relating to the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy in the Republic of Rwanda (the “Rwandan Data Protection Law”).

  1. Definitions

Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Rwandan Data Protection Law.

  3. Data Controller means the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.

We process your Personal Data in accordance with the legal basis provided under the Rwandan Data Protection Law:
